2013/2014 Timeline for IGeLU Aleph Enhancements

The schedule is counted in voting cycle years, which doesn’t necessarily reflect Aleph versions:

  • Sept. 20, 2013: NERS database is closed to new enhancement requests
  • Sept. 21 – Oct. 12: PWGs clarify and validate requests
  • Oct. 13 – Oct. 26: First voting period
  • Oct. 27 – Nov. 24: ExLibris assigns development points to enhancements

  • Nov. 25 – Jan. 7, 2014: PWGs work with ExLibris to clarify requests and pointing

  • Jan. 8 – Jan. 24, 2014: Final voting cycle

  • Jan. 25 – Jan. 29: PWGs select final enhancements to submit to ExLibris

  • Jan. 30 – 31: Select ELUNA enhancements from the most voted enhancements in IGeLU voting process. IGeLU merge this list with ELUNA and discuss other enhancements to promote.

  • Jan 31: PWG submit final enhancements to Ex Libris
