2018 INUG meeting

When and where

The meeting will start at Sunday August 19th, 14:00 and will take place in the Nostitz Palace (Nostický Palác) which is the seat of the Czech Ministry of Culture in Prague.
The Palace is located very attractively in the center of Prague:

If you are staying in the IGeLU Conference Hotel (Clarion Congress) you can take Metro Line B (Yellow Line) from Vysočanská station to Můstek station and walk from there about 20 minutes crossing the Moldau (Vltava) river using the iconic Charles Bridge (Karlův most) and enjoy one of the most scenic views of ancient Prague.

Agenda

Country reports are published here.
The agenda of the meeting is like always quite open, for we depend on your input to discuss.
At 16:00 we will take a short break, welcoming Ex Libris executives in an informal setting with coffee/tea and some pastries.
At 16:30 we will continue to discuss with a panel of Ex Libris executives the outcome of the prior internal INUG meeting.

The INUG meeting is a perfect chance for all National and Regional User Groups of Ex Libris to share their problems, concerns and questions that are urgent and need attention and action. Each year the discussion with Ex Libris executives – who are fully non prepared on the topics – is very lively and interesting and we can claim lots of successes originating from these meetings. Last year for instance the so called ‘In Case Feedback in Salesforce’ came up as a request from the User Community and https://igelu.org/archives/10676 shows this works!

Please bring your passport and register upfront

As the INUG meeting venue is an official Czech Government building we need to announce upfront to the venue security authorities who is coming.
We have emailed all the list of National and Regional User Groups a link by which you are kindly but strongly requested to fill out your details.
Please contact me at chair@igelu.org if you did not receive this link.
You should also take care to bring your passport to identify yourself while entering the venue.

See you in Prague
